The cottage is in the village of Strone - about 7 miles from Dunoon. This part of
Argyll and Bute, within the Cowal Peninsula, is one of the west of Scotland’s undiscovered
treasures. The cottage, overlooks Holy Loch and Loch Long where they merge with the
Clyde Estuary. Surrounded by dramatic hills, glens and the Argyll Forest Park -
planted with magnificent specimen trees - the cottage is fantastic for walking and
enjoying nature at its best.
